Ninja Bake Sale
The Ninja Bake Sale was an event I hosted in Toronto in 2005. It consisted of me and a few friends dressed up as ninja (black teeshirts wrapped around our heads) selling baked goods to raise awareness for the brotherhood of Ninja.
Think of it as a piece of performance art. We dressed as ninja and told people to honorably buy baked goods while we rolled around doing fake kicks and climbing up on top of things.
We had a huge banner, and pamphlets to hand out for those walking by who just didn’t get it. In all it was a good time. Surprisingly, we sold everything. I mean – who buys baked goods from a ninja? See some more photos here!
